RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Eligibility for return : Returns are accepted only incases of damaged or incorrect items.

Reporting Time frame : Any issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the item. Please contact us with clear photos and description of the issue.

Resolution : We offer a replacement or exchange for eligible returns. Refunds are not available.

Return Condition: Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a replacement or exchange.

Non returnable Items: Items not reported within 24 hours or not meeting the return criteria , will not be eligible for exchange.
